Our client located in the Las Vegas area is looking for an Operations and Finance Lead to join their growing team. This offers a competitive base, great benefits, and an awesome company culture. Responsibilities Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger activities, account reconciliations, and month-end close processes. Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll processing, and customer invoicing. Prepare financial statements, management reports, and other accounting analyses. Monitor cash flow, perform bank reconciliations, and maintain accurate financial records. Track project costs, work-in-progress activity, and inventory-related transactions. Support tax compliance, audit preparation, and regulatory reporting requirements. Maintain data integrity across accounting and business management systems. Assist in developing, monitoring, and improving internal controls and accounting procedures. Partner with finance and operational leadership to provide financial support, reporting, and business insights. Support special projects and other administrative or accounting-related responsibilities as needed. Job Requirements Bachelor?s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 1?3 years of accounting or finance experience preferred. Experience in a service, construction, contracting, or project-based environment is a plus. Understanding of general ledger accounting, financial reporting, and job costing principles. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software applications. Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills. Experience with ERP, CRM, or business management systems is preferred but not required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
