The Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Specialist Learning, Development & Training is responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating safety training programs that promote a culture of safety, regulatory compliance, and employee development across the organization. This position serves as the subject matter expert for EHS learning initiatives, ensuring employees receive effective training that enhances knowledge, improves performance, and reduces workplace risks.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in adult learning principles, instructional design, safety training delivery, and EHS compliance, with experience supporting field operations, construction, utility, industrial, or infrastructure environments.
