Pay: Minimum of $80,000 a year, paid hourly Hours: Minimum of 45 hours a week Three stores. You build the Store Managers and hold one standard. You still sell. You do not live in a car and “visit.” We are a three-store vape and smoke retailer run by Jirjees Management, about 30+ people. We need one person who makes the three buildings run the same way — without the owner covering Saturday night. What you actually do Develop current Store Managers and seek to fill stores without a Store Manager. Hold Store Managers accountable for store success. Own labor and coverage across all three. Store Managers build and publish their own schedules. You own the district number. One selling shift a week in each store. Coach on the floor. Same ID, cash, and merchandising standard at every location. You audit it. Reviews of Store Managers with HR. Lead bi-annual reviews of store managers with HR.
