Home Team Supervisor

Home associates greet customers on the sales floor, offer assistance and recommend merchandise based on the customer's wants and needs. They also ensure Home displays are maintained and in proper order throughout the day. What you’ll do Help customers figure out and find what they need from everyday items to special occasions. As a sales associate in apparel, entertainment, toys, sporting goods, or any other department, you will keep aisles neat and clean, work with multiple supervisors and fellow associates, stock shelves, answer questions, and may pitch in to help check out customers. You will experience a fast‑paced environment that requires movement and strong customer‑service skills. The more you know about the store, the more successful you will be.
