Impactful Mental Health Intake & Referral Specialist
Ridgeview Institute Smyrna
Ridgeview Institute Smyrna is seeking an Intake Call Specialist to answer calls, document triages, and coordinate referrals to the Assessment Center and other resources. You will work with clinicians and hospital staff to ensure high-quality service and smooth operations. The role requires at least a high school diploma (BA preferred) and experience in intake/admissions, with strong MS Office skills and excellent communication.
