Intermediate Human Resources Operations Coordinator

About the Role Join our dynamic Corporate HR team as an Intermediate Human Resources Operations Coordinator! Located in our Boston, MA office, this role is perfect for access to a vibrant work environment. Candidates must be based in the Boston area. As a key member of our HR team, you will oversee and manage various firmwide programs, including relocation, background checks, immigration, leaves, and e-Verify. You will lead conventional projects in the Human Resources Operations area, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication with both internal departments and external vendors. Key Responsibilities Administer daily human resources operations, programs, policies, and procedures. Advise HR team members, managers, and employees on program implementation and execution. Prepare, track, and report program information, including expenses and detailed agreements. Utilize various tools, such as reports and spreadsheets, to maintain program data and process invoices. Analyze current and historical reports to identify issues and suggest improvements. Ensure programs are compliant with legal standards and recommend necessary policy adjustments. Manage vendor relationships and address any issues that may arise. Lead assigned programs and collaborate with other HR project teams to enhance processes and efficiency. Perform additional duties as required. Location: Boston, MA (Hybrid model requiring 2 days in-office) Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree. 2 years of relevant experience in HR operations.
