What You Will Do

• Develop and execute innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent in the software and AI sectors.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and create tailored recruitment plans.
• Utilize advanced sourcing techniques to identify and engage passive candidates through various platforms.
• Implement and optimize the applicant tracking system to streamline the hiring process and improve candidate experience.
• Analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of hiring strategies and make data-driven improvements.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and cultural fit.
• Build and maintain a strong employer brand to attract diverse talent.

Ideal Candidate Background

• 2-6 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within the tech industry.
• Proven track record of successfully filling technical and non-technical roles.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and candidate sourcing techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and stakeholders effectively.

Preferred

• Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
• Familiarity with AI and software development roles and related skill sets.
• Background in employer branding and candidate experience initiatives.

Compensation and Benefits
