Walla Walla, Washington - Hematology/Oncology Job Opportunity Clinical Role:

  • Permanent Placement Position
  • Flexible schedule
  • Could be in clinic 4.5 days per week, or Tuesday through Friday.
  • Call is 1:2 but often there are zero calls and other times, 6-8 calls
  • 15 patients per day
  • EMR: Epic
  • Requirements: Board Certified
  • Benefit and Compensation details:
  • Salary: $520,000
  • Earning potential: $600,000 (Base + Value Based Compensation)
  • CME: 5 days. Discretionary Fund of $5,500/year
  • Health, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, PTO, Relocation assistance, Retirement plan, Sign on bonus, Malpractice with tail
  • Bonus & incentives: Retention: $20,000 for 5 years. $100,000 total
