Position Description: Collins Aerospace is seeking Engineers for the AF DCGS High Band Mission Applications Software (HBMAS) Sustainment and Development program. The role involves software development, sustainment of cloud-enabled systems that ingest, tag, and audit data sets, and ensuring data security, integrity and availability on CONUS & OCONUS sites (max 25% travel). What You Will Do Design, develop, test, deliver, and maintain software for cutting‑edge defense systems. Collaborate with engineers, architects, and leaders in an Agile environment. What You Will Learn Advanced software technologies including multi‑tiered architectures, AWS web services, and microservice design. Modern DevSecOps and CI/CD practices. Software lifecycle practices for large‑scale defense projects. Qualifications You Must Have Experience developing object‑oriented software using Java and related languages. Active TS/SCI clearance with SCI eligibility prior to start date. Typically a STEM degree and minimum 5 years of relevant experience; alternatively an advanced degree with minimum 3 years of experience. Qualifications We Prefer Experience with Agile development.
