Responsibilities:

• Process vendor invoices, including verifying charges and obtaining internal approvals in accordance with company policies
• Accurately record accounts payable transactions to the appropriate GL accounts in NetSuite
• Monitor recurring AP activity to ensure invoices and payments are not missed
• Assist with month-end reconciliations , including credit card and PO reconciliations, and resolve discrepancies promptly
• Maintain organized records and ensure timely processing of all AP-related tasks

Requirements:

• 5+ years of Accounts Payable experience
• Experience with NetSuite ERP is a plus
• Familiarity with Bill.com or similar payment platforms is preferred
• Strong attention to detail , accuracy, and organizational skills

Pay Details: $26.00 to $32.00 per hour
