National Account Coordinator

To support a growing National Accounts team, the full-time remote National Account Coordinator will manage the order process for national accounts, build and maintain customer relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and support. Key responsibilities Manage the order process for EquipmentShare National accounts Grow the existing customer base by building relationships and educating customers on EquipmentShare's services Respond promptly to customer inquiries and ensure orders are handled correctly across all locations Required qualifications 3-4 years of sales experience, preferably in equipment sales High school diploma or equivalent Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain customer relationships Detail-oriented with a focus on customer problem-solving Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and stay updated on EquipmentShare products and services
