As a Physical Therapist, you will play a crucial role in evaluating, planning, and administering physical therapy services as prescribed by a licensed provider. - Provide treatments using physical therapy modalities and skilled techniques
- Supervise and direct Physical Therapy Assistants (PTA)
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and design treatment programs
- Formulate and implement realistic short and long-term treatment goals
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation and patient charges
- Participate in performance improvement activities
- Maintain a safe environment for patients, visitors, and staff
- Current IL Physical Therapist License
- Valid Driver's License and proof of personal auto insurance
- BLS certification
- Need 1 year experience in setting
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to work independently and excellent communication skills
