Job Summary

A professional organization in Goleta, CA is seeking a Bilingual Receptionist for a temp-to-hire opportunity. This role is ideal for a friendly, polished, and service-focused professional with 3-5 years of experience supporting front office operations, call handling, and client care.

The Bilingual Receptionist will be the first point of contact for callers, visitors, customers, and internal team members. Key Responsibilities

- Greet visitors, clients, and guests in a professional and welcoming manner.
- Answer, screen, and route incoming calls while providing accurate information and courteous support.
- Assist customers and internal departments with general inquiries, scheduling, messages, and follow-up needs.
- Maintain front desk organization, reception area presentation, and accurate administrative records.
- Support basic office tasks such as data entry, document preparation, filing, and correspondence.
- Communicate clearly in both languages to support a diverse customer and client base.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay range: $22 to $25 per hour.
