Top AM Law 50 firm hiring a skilled Mid‑Senior level Labor & Employment Associate to join their highly successful, expanding Labor & Employment group. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in labor and employment law, workplace safety, and employment‑related litigation experience. Base pay range $200,000.00/yr - $295,000.00/yr Responsibilities Advise clients on labor, employment, and workplace safety laws, regulations and compliance requirements. Draft, review, and negotiate employment‑related contracts and policies. Advise and represent clients in litigation and administrative proceedings related to employment law matters. Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative legal strategies for clients. Assist in handling matters related to employee benefits, wage and hour compliance, and labor relations. Maintain strong client relationships and deliver high‑quality legal services. Stay updated on changes in employment and workplace safety laws. Location Candidates must be based in Raleigh, North Carolina and/or be open to relocating to the area so that they can work from the firm’s Raleigh office 3 days per week. North Carolina State Bar (in good standing) or the ability to sit/swear into the North Carolina State Bar if you hold another US State Bar. Strong knowledge of labor and employment law and workplace safety regulations. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple legal matters effectively. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. A commitment to providing outstanding client service and legal expertise. Job Offer Competitive annual base salary ranging from $200,000 to $295,000 USD. Hybrid work schedule.
