License Physical Therapist

Immediate need for a License Physical Therapist for our Acute Care Inpatient & Outpatient. 75 mile straight line radius rule (not driving distance) - no local travelers. Please only submit candidates that are aware of their submission to our facility. Please do not allow candidates to contact the facility. Please only submit candidates with an active NM or compact license. Please note time off requests must be disclosed with initial submission to be considered for approval. Time off requested after the acceptance date will not be approved. 2 years' experience in current specialty required. Must have inpatient experience. Must be a team player, flexible and accustomed to a fast-paced environment. Must have successfully completed at least one 13-week travel assignment. When submitting candidates include at least two references (one must be from current manager), a resume, and completed skills checklist/competency assessment.

Certifications: Must have a PT License. - BLS/BCLS certifications required. BLS must be completed through American Heart Association, American Health and Safety, or American Red Cross.

Orientation: The 1st week of the contract, not to exceed 40 total hours, and includes EPIC training.

Shift: 5x8 hours, Monday through Friday, intermittent weekends. Shift start time 0800. Occasional weekend. Shifts may fluctuate to fulfill department staffing needs. Weekends and holidays required. Travelers are first to float within the facility and to alternate locations within 20 miles of permanent assigned location. Traveling pairs are not guaranteed same schedules or same shifts.
