We are currently seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist (OTR) to join our dynamic rehabilitation team.New Graduates Welcome!Position: PRN Pay Range: $57–$67 per hour Schedule: Flexible* Advanced Therapy Technology: State‐of‐the‐art equipment including ACP equipment, OmniVR, and OmniCycle* Strong Clinical Support: Experienced clinicians who foster a collaborative environment and provide excellent mentorship—especially for new grads* Flexible Scheduling: PRN shifts designed to support work‐life balance* Unique Treatment Spaces: Large outdoor patio for functional and ADL‐based therapy sessions* Positive Work Culture: Supportive, fun, and team‐oriented atmosphereKey Responsibilities* Develop individualized treatment plans and obtain physician approval* Provide occupational therapy services per physician orders* Assist nursing staff with training Restorative Aides* Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants in accordance with state practice acts* Communicate patient progress, challenges, and care plans with the interdisciplinary team* Participate in patient care conferences, utilization review, and rehabilitation meetings as neededQualifications* Current and valid Occupational Therapy License (OTR) in good standingWe are an equal opportunity employer.
