Residential Cleaning Specialist

iHeart Cleaning • M-F, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (No Weekends!)

Pay: Negotiable (Based on Experience) + Paid Drive Time

Core Responsibilities

• Thorough Cleaning: Perform detailed residential cleaning, including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional service by warmly addressing client needs and specific preferences.
• Floor Care: Maintain excellent floor care, ensuring all flooring types are clean and well-kept.
• Supply Management: Manage cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are well-maintained and properly stored.
• Safety & Sanitation: Strictly adhere to company safety and sanitation standards throughout all tasks.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: Prior professional or formal cleaning experience is preferred, but not required.
• Work Ethic: Proven reliability, trustworthiness, and a strong attention to detail.
• Physical Ability: Physical stamina to handle continuous lifting, bending, standing, and walking.
• Disposition: A compassionate, friendly, and client-focused nature.
