ASSISTANT OPERATION MANAGER

Job Overview:

We are hiring a dedicated and experienced  Operations Manager to oversee cleaning operations across multiple locations, including medical, industrial, and office environments. This role demands strong leadership, excellent organizational and computer skills, and the ability to work long hours when needed. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of experience in the commercial cleaning industry and be comfortable working independently and with a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily cleaning operations across multiple sites.
• Supervise and train cleaning staff to ensure high standards and professionalism.
• Conduct regular quality control inspections and enforce company standards.
• Communicate with customers daily to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues.
• Learn, implement, and improve operational systems and procedures.
• Create new systems to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
• Schedule staff for day, night, and weekend shifts.
• Use computer systems for scheduling, reporting, and communication.
• Travel between locations as needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the commercial cleaning industry.
• Experience in  medical, industrial, and office cleaning environments .
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Good computer skills (e.g., email, spreadsheets, scheduling software).
• Ability to work independently and lead a team.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to work long hours, including nights and weekends.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• MUST HAVE DRIVERS LICENSE WITHA GOOD DRIVING RECORD
