Job Opportunity at Avera Gregory Clinic

Join our team at Avera Gregory Clinic, where you will work as a Physician Assistant (PA) in a brand new facility. This position offers family medicine with emergency department (ED) coverage, and is located just 20 miles from the Missouri River, providing ample opportunities for outdoor recreation. You will be part of a progressive and collaborative team environment and may be eligible for a Community Need loan.

Work Schedule:

• 8 days per pay period; Monday - Friday
• 39 weeknights of call per year, minimum
• 6-7 weekends of call per year, minimum
• Physician backup when on call

About the Role:

Provide appropriate medical care to all patients by assessing physical, psychological, and social dimensions of patients to develop a plan of care. You will assess, diagnose, and treat patients according to medical staff approved protocol and acceptable standards of practice. You will also consult and collaborate with physicians, perform necessary diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, and ensure that appropriate referrals are made for patients.

Essential Qualifications:

• Certified Nurse Practitioner (CNP) - Board of Nursing Must be licensed and qualified to practice in the state based off job assignment. Upon Hire
• Federal Drug Enforcement Admin - US Department of Justice Drug Enforcement Admin State and federal based on state of practice Upon Hire
• Registered Nurse (RN) - Board of Nursing An active license in the state of practice Upon Hire
