Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) with a background in Geriatrics or Internal Medicine to join our team. As a hybrid Role, you will deliver high-quality preventative care to residents in skilled nursing facilities, combining on-site visits with remote work from home, supported by a dedicated scribe team for efficient documentation. This part-time position offers a unique blend of flexibility, great compensation, and a supportive clinical environment. Responsibilities: Provide high-quality preventative care to residents in skilled nursing facilities Conduct on-site visits and remote work from home, supported by a dedicated scribe team Build strong relationships with facilities and maintain a patient-centered approach Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure seamless integration with facility processes and protocols Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with industry developments and best practices Requirements: Active NP or PA license in the state of practice 1+ year of experience in Geriatric care and documentation review Excellent communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills Masters degree in Nursing or related field What We Offer: Hybrid Role!
