Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active Indiana physical therapy license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required. Experience working in home health or outpatient settings preferred. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required for travel between patient homes. Preferred Qualifications Experience with musculoskeletal and post-operative rehabilitation preferred. Familiarity with documentation systems and electronic medical records preferred. Assignment Details Shift Days: M-F Shift Hours: 8a-5p Position requires travel between patient residences within the service area.
