Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) – Newport, RI - Private Practice + Flexible Schedule & Benefits!

Are you looking for a friendly, supportive practice where you'll be valued as part of a close-knit team? Our established private dental practice in beautiful Newport, RI is seeking a full-time or part-time Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team.

Under new ownership since 2020, we've continued to build a positive, patient-focused culture while investing in our team and practice. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• One-hour lunch (1:00 PM – 2:00 PM)

• Starting pay of $45 per hour , with room for growth based on experience and performance
• 401(k) with 3% employer match
• 50% employer-paid health insurance
• Paid continuing education ($200 annual CE allowance)
• Year-end Bonus

Six Paid Holidays (paid regardless of which day of the week they fall):

After one year of employment, you'll also receive:

You'll provide comprehensive patient care, including:

• Routine dental hygiene procedures
• Periodontal and restorative charting
• Medical history reviews
• Digital radiographs and panoramic X-rays as needed
• Patient education
• Sterilization
• Scheduling patients' next appointments
• Assisting with front office duties when needed, including answering phones and collecting payments

We use Dentrix practice management software.

We're searching for someone who is:

• A licensed Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)
• CPR certified (required)
• Friendly, dependable, and a great communicator
• A positive team player with a willingness to help wherever needed
• Comfortable building lasting relationships with patients

Local anesthesia certification is a plus but not required.
