Position Overview

Physician – Primary Care (Internal Medicine) – West Hartford, CT.

ProHealth Physicians, part of the Optum family, seeks an Internal Medicine physician to join a physician‑led, patient‑centered primary care team. This is a full‑time commitment of 34 direct patient‑care hours per week (4 days per week).

Required Qualifications

• Unrestricted licensure in Connecticut (or ability to obtain prior to start)
• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Active, unrestricted CSR and DEA registration (or ability to obtain prior to start)
• Connecticut residents only: salary range $244,000 to $341,300 per year (target total cash compensation)
