Remote CDI Specialist

Working remotely on a part-time basis, the Remote CDI Specialist will conduct clinical documentation reviews, ensure compliance with coding standards, and collaborate with healthcare providers to improve documentation accuracy. Key responsibilities Conduct clinical documentation reviews to ensure accuracy and compliance Collaborate with healthcare providers to improve documentation practices Provide education and training on coding standards and best practices Required qualifications Certified Clinical Documentation Specialist (CCDS) credential Experience in clinical documentation improvement or coding Knowledge of healthcare regulations and coding standards Strong analytical skills related to clinical data Ability to work independently in a remote environment
