Job Overview Work Location: Harleysville, Pennsylvania, United States of America Hours: 40 Pay Details: $29.75 - $44.50 USD Line of Business: Personal & Commercial Banking Responsibilities Proactively deepen relationships with existing Small Business customers within a specified territory. Ensure equal access to banking products and services across all communities, including low-to-moderate income and minority communities. Initiate contact with all new Small Business customers by conducting a customer assessment within 30 days of account opening. Assign each customer to the proper TD Relationship Manager (RMLM, SB Specialist, Store Manager) based on assessment results. Manage a larger and more complex territory. Actively call all new Small Business customers that have opened accounts in partner stores and complete a customer assessment. Actively call assigned Small Business customers, meet as needed to deepen relationships, manage service issues, and identify product needs. Actively generate sales and referrals to bank partners to meet comprehensive financial needs of Small Businesses, including RMLM, Merchant, Commercial, Treasury Management, Credit Card, Retail (View email address on click.appcast.io, Money Out, Money In), Wealth. Assign Small Business customers to proper TD Relationship Manager based on customer parameters. Directly manage group of store loan portfolio within Front End Fulfillment, responsible for origination, structuring, and closing of all non‑RMLM Small Business loan requests. Develop Small Business product expertise to properly vet potential product fits for customers. Work with Store and Commercial Bank to ensure superior customer service as measured by CWI. Manage portfolio of all loans in Front End Fulfillment, including relationship checkups and renewal processes. Contribute toward achievement of Small Business Banking sales and business development objectives by meeting or exceeding individual sales goals. Possess comprehensive knowledge of local market, competitive offers, and economic trends. Work closely with the Small Business Credit Center and SBB product groups to ensure satisfactory response times for new credit applications. Review all reports (pipelines, dashboards, etc.) to ensure accurate and complete reporting, evaluating performance weekly. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience. 7+ years of related experience. Four years of calling and lending or credit support experience at the Small Business level. Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed marketing goals. Proven ability to understand and analyze personal and business financial statements.
