Credence has an immediate need for a Human Capital Associate for a full-time position in our McLean, VA office. This role is ideal for someone who is driven, organized, and eager to grow a career in Human Resources. This role requires onsite in office 3-4 days per week.

Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To The Duties Listed Below

• Provide partnership and HR support to our most important asset: our people
• Respond to employee inquiries and employment verification requests in a timely manner
• Send offer letters to candidates
• Complete HR-related on-boarding tasks for new hires
• Conduct weekly new hire orientations
• Utilize our HRIS system, SharePoint, iCIMS, and CostPoint to maintain employee records

Education, Requirements And Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 02 years of HR experience
• Customer service oriented
• Enthusiastic and engaging personality
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive data
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• US Citizen is required
