Were currently seeking dedicated Part-Time Dining Services Associate- Clinicals to become part of our caring and mission-driven community. This position will be 3:00pm-7:00pm and may sometimes work 6:30am-2:30pm and have varying scheduled weekdays and follow every other weekend rotation./ppThe Dining Services Associate-Clinical is responsible for supporting the preparation, service, and delivery of meals in accordance with established dietary guidelines, sanitation standards, and facility policies. This role involves direct interaction with residents and staff and plays a key role in ensuring a positive dining experience for all./ppAt Lutheran Village Millers Grant, were more than just a workplace, were a not-for-profit organization that puts people first. Here, your work is more than a job, its a meaningful part of something bigger./ppCome see the difference!/ppWhat Youll Do as an LVMG Dining Services Associate - Clinical/pulliFocuses on customer service, taking orders, serving food, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience./liliPrimarily follows food safety, sanitation, and hospitality standards/liliPrepare meals by reading and following recipes, production sheets, and product directions; estimate food quantities based on census and dietary needs./liliOperate kitchen equipment and utensils to prepare ingredients, including measuring, washing, peeling, chopping, mixing, and cooking./liliPrepare therapeutic diets, including thickened liquids and modified-texture meals (chopped, ground, pureed); measure and calculate liquid and nutrient restrictions as required./liliParticipate in all meal services, including tray line, dining rooms, and in-room delivery./liliMaintain cleanliness and safety by inspecting, cleaning, and sanitizing workstations, equipment, and service areas./liliSupport food quality by conducting taste tests and ensuring portion and presentation standards are met./liliAssist residents with menu selections, ensuring dietary compliance and honoring personal preferences./liliCommunicate dietary changes, admissions, discharges, or other updates promptly; answer phones and relay messages accurately./liliServe and replenish meals and beverages courteously while delivering exceptional customer service./liliMaintain resident confidentiality and report any concerns or needs to appropriate staff. Promote a positive dining environment and cooperative relationships with coworkers and other departments./liliFollow all facility policies, food safety procedures, and departmental guidelines./liliAttend mandatory in-services, training sessions, and staff meetings as required.
