This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a team environment, takes pride in cleanliness, and wants to make a difference in the lives of our residents every day.Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Dishwasher:Wash, sanitize, and properly store dishes, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment.Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen, dish room, and food preparation areas in accordance with health and safety standards.Set up and break down the dishwashing station and assist with general kitchen cleaning, including floors, equipment, and work surfaces.Assist with food preparation, stocking supplies, and storing food and non-food items as needed.Support the dining team by setting and clearing tables and ensuring meal service runs smoothly.Follow all food safety, sanitation, infection control, and workplace safety procedures.Provide friendly, courteous service to residents, guests, and fellow team members while contributing to a positive dining experience.Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:High school diploma or equivalent preferred.Previous dishwasher or kitchen utility experience is preferred, but not required—we are happy to train motivated individuals.Food Handler Card (or ability to obtain one as required by California regulations).Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and organization.Strong teamwork, communication, and customer service skills.Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand, bend, walk, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.Reliable attendance, punctuality, and a positive attitude.Why You'll Love Working HereCompetitive payComprehensive benefits for eligible employeesPaid time off and holidaysOpportunities for career growth and advancementSupportive team environmentThe opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of older adults every dayIf you're an enthusiastic, dependable professional who takes pride in providing exceptional service and enjoys working in a collaborative environment, we'd love to hear from you!Schedule: Friday through Tuesday. 1:00pm-9:30PMPay Range: $20-$21 per hourMoldaw Residences is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EEO).
