Field Owner’s Representative/Superintendent – Wind Farm Refurbishment (6-Month Contract)

We’re seeking a hands-on Owner’s Representative to support the refurbishment of a utility-scale wind farm. In this field-focused role, you’ll oversee construction activities and ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the on-site representative for the owner across all construction activities

• Oversee civil, electrical, and turbine installation work

• Track project schedule, deliveries, foundations, and milestones

• Perform QA/QC inspections and maintain accurate reporting

• Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and project teams

• Identify risks early and help drive solutions in the field

• Promote and enforce strong safety (HSE) practices

What You Bring

• 1+ year of recent wind construction experience

• Experience on utility-scale renewable or wind projects

• Strong knowledge of civil, electrical, and turbine scopes

• Experience with schedule tracking, QA/QC, and safety compliance

• Ability to work independently on-site and coordinate multiple teams

Nice to Have

• Owner/IPP, EPC, or OEM experience

• SWPPP knowledge

• Previous Owner’s Rep or site rep experience

Work Environment & Perks

• Field-based role on an active wind farm

• ~40–50 hrs/week (flex as needed)

• Per diem (GSA rate) + rotation flexibility

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $75.00/hr.
