Position: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Full-Time
Schedule: 12-Hour Shifts | Day & Night Shifts Available

Are you a compassionate and dependable CNA looking for a rewarding opportunity where your work truly makes a difference? Lotus Village Center for Nursing & Rehabilitation is looking for caring CNAs to join our team!

We are currently seeking full-time CNAs for both day and night shifts . Our CNAs work 12-hour shifts , providing consistent, resident-centered care while working as part of a supportive nursing team.

As a CNA, you’ll play an essential role in providing high-quality care while helping create a safe, comfortable, and positive environment for the residents we serve.

What You’ll Do

• Provide compassionate, hands-on care with bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, toileting, and ambulation

• Take and accurately document resident vital signs

• Safely lift, transfer, reposition, and transport residents using proper body mechanics

• Monitor residents and promptly report changes in condition to the nursing team

• Assist nurses with resident care and other duties as directed

• Build positive relationships with residents, families, visitors, and coworkers

• Promote residents’ dignity, comfort, independence, and overall well-being

• Maintain a professional and respectful environment at all times

What We’re Looking For

• Current North Carolina CNA certification

• Current CPR certification preferred

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused attitude

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment

• Commitment to providing exceptional resident care
