Inside Sales Specialist

Networks Connect is conducting a search on behalf of our client, a well-established manufacturer's representative and distributor with a focus on developing specialized and custom fluid handling and heat transfer engineered solutions for heating, cooling, plumbing, and industrial processes and systems. Position Overview: We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to join their Technical Inside Sales team. This role involves a diverse set of responsibilities, including order entry, submittals, equipment procurement, project management support, and collaboration with outside sales teams. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and possesses excellent communication skills to contribute to their continued success. Responsibilities: Order Entry and Processing: Accurately enter and process customer orders, ensuring timely and error-free transactions. Liaise with various departments to facilitate order fulfillment and resolve any issues that may arise. Prepare and submit documentation, including proposals, quotes, and specifications, to meet customer requirements. Equipment Procurement: Manage the ordering process for equipment and materials, coordinating with suppliers and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery. Customer Service: Respond promptly to customer inquiries, providing product information, and resolving any concerns or issues. Maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and follow-up. Collaboration with Outside Sales: Work closely with outside sales representatives to support their efforts, including lead generation, customer follow-ups, and order coordination. Qualifications: Proven experience in inside sales, sales support, or a related role is required. Experience in a technical environment is a strong plus. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Familiarity with project management concepts. Proficient in order entry systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
