Position Details Title: Retail Inventory Supervisor - Mornings Salary: Starting wage from $15.25 to $18.00. Hours: Part Time, primarily early morning with flexible hours. Follow a clear, consistent workflow—your playbook for success. Lead and engage: serve as primary point of contact for resolving event‑related concerns, supporting directives from the Area or District Manager, and driving operational excellence. Requirements Must be at least 18 years of age (21 years old to serve as a qualified van driver). High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of two (2) years experience as an Inventory Associate or similar role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong time‑management skills. Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills focused on providing solutions. Ability to work flexible schedules with varying hours in support of the District Manager and customer commitments. Ability to stand, walk, and stay active during shifts. Comfort learning and training handheld scanners or count tools. Strong focus and attention to detail. Reliable attendance and commitment to consistency. Positive, team‑oriented attitude. Working Conditions This position requires the ability to stand for prolonged periods, walk, use both hands and wrists for repetitive motions, frequently be in low‑level positions such as squatting or crouching, use a ladder, lift and carry items up to 25 lbs., travel via car and occasionally by plane, including overnight stays.
