IT Service Desk Analyst I- ONSITE

Yoh is seeking a Jr. IT Service Desk Analyst- ONSITE with our client within the Media Industryfor a long term contractlocated in Los Angeles, CA 100% OnSite, 5 days a week 40 hours, Mon-Friday, Day time hours.Ability to work occasionally after hours and on weekends for maintenance and as part of an on-callrotation on rare occasions. $30-32/hr. max pay rate What You Will Be Doing Provide first-line IT support for staff via ticketing system, phone, Zoom, Slack, and remote tools. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and application issues on-site and remotely. Support conference room technology and provide walk-up IT assistance. Maintain accurate documentation and elevate complex issues as needed. Collaborate with IT teams to ensure timely, high-quality service delivery. Who You Are A high school diploma or higher, (i.e. an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field)or equivalent work experience is required 2-3years of experience with an in-person or virtual technical support role in a fast-paced, high-volumesupport environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with users, understand their needs,and provide clear and helpful support Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts. Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, macOS), and common applications (Microsoft Office Suite) Ability to diagnose and resolve first-level technical problems, often under pressure. Familiarity with using ticketing systems to track and manage support requests. Ability to accurately document technical issues and solutions for future reference. Possesses general proficiency in navigating Slack, Google Workspace, Office 365, and various other SaaS applications, including Jira and Confluence. Ability to work effectively as part of a team, sharing knowledge and supporting colleagues. Strong desire to learn new technologies and systems.
