Member Assist Cart Attendant

You help shape our member’s entire shopping experience by giving them a positive first and last impression. In the member assist – cart attendant role, you are responsible for ensuring members see a well‑kept parking lot, helping members with their purchases, and ensuring carts are ready and available. You will also assist members in loading their vehicles and support creating a great member experience. This means you are constantly on your feet and on the go. Rain or shine, sleet or snow, our members count on you. Key Responsibilities Maintain a clean, neat, and member‑ready parking area. Assist members with purchasing decisions and loading their vehicles. Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and resolving concerns. Ensure carts are organized, readily available, and retrieved properly. Conduct safety sweeps and report unsafe situations. Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
