Maintenance Technician - FULL TIME

Work on modern, standardized commercial kitchen facilities Mix of hands-on repairs + preventative maintenance + facility support Clear path to grow into Senior Technician or Facilities Management roles Be part of a fast-growing operation supporting a massive, evolving industry Facilities Maintenance & Repairs Perform general repairs across multiple sites, including: Drywall, patching, and painting Tiling and basic masonry Shelving and equipment installation Floor repairs and upkeep Exterior maintenance (roofs, gutters, landscaping) Preventative Maintenance Conduct routine maintenance on building systems: Electrical ~ Site Operations Support Travel between multiple sites( number of sites vary by region ) throughout the week across the Greater NYC area Troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day facility issues Partner with internal teams to keep kitchens fully operational 60% hands-on repairs and maintenance

• 25% preventative maintenance
• 2+ years of handyman, maintenance, or facilities experience
• Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, field-based role
• 3+ years of commercial facilities maintenance experience
• Experience in restaurants, hospitality, or multi-site environments
• Field-based role across the Greater Bay Area
