Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Assess clients’ needs through comprehensive intake evaluations, establishing a strong therapeutic relationship. \n
- Create tailored treatment plans that align with each client's personal values and therapeutic goals, adapting your approach to best support individual progress. \n
- Conduct therapy sessions that may address issues such as trauma, relationship conflicts, anxiety, and effective communication skills, using appropriate therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), family systems therapy, or solution-focused therapy. \n
- Document clinical notes and treatment plans diligently, ensuring compliance with regulatory and insurance requirements while showcasing the progress and interventions undertaken with patients. \n
- Provide crisis intervention services when necessary and be prepared to address urgent client needs effectively. \n
- Engage in inter-professional collaboration with other healthcare providers, ensuring a holistic approach to client care. This may include coordinating with case managers, psychiatrists, and community resources. \n
- Participate in ongoing professional development by seeking advanced training in areas such as trauma-informed care or specialized therapeutic techniques. \n
Your clients will encompass a diverse range of backgrounds and experiences, including individuals dealing with significant stressors such as marital distress, emotional trauma, and life transitions. You will have the chance to implement therapeutic techniques that empower clients to grow personally, significantly impacting their overall wellbeing.
Qualifications\n- \n
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a relevant mental health field. \n
- Licensed to practice independently as a Marriage and Family Therapist in Nevada. \n
- Demonstrated proficiency in clinical assessment, diagnosis, and case management. \n
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills to effectively engage with clients and colleagues. \n

- A minimum of two years of direct experience in providing therapy, with a focus on marriage and family dynamics. \n
- Experience using teletherapy platforms and maintaining engagement in a virtual setting. \n
- Specialties in specific therapeutic approaches such as play therapy, EMDR, or couples counseling are advantageous. \n
Chrysalis Health Counseling offers a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
