Executive Housekeeper - Cambria, Rapid City

Cambria is currently seeking Full-Time Executive Housekeeper position to join their team! The Executive Housekeeper is responsible for ensuring that guest rooms and public spaces are clean, comfortable, and in accordance with brand and company standards.

This position supervises the daily operations of the housekeeping department, promoting a safe environment and quality service in order to achieve optimal guest satisfaction within budgeted payroll requirements. The Executive Housekeeper is also responsible for selecting, training, evaluating, developing and motivating the housekeeping associates. The Executive Housekeeper works primarily indoors in a temperature-controlled environment. This position requires continuous standing, walking, lifting, carrying, bending and reaching throughout the entire shift. Hazards may include, but are not limited to, slipping and tripping, exposure to blood borne pathogens and standard cleaning chemicals.

7. High school diploma or equivalent

9. 1 year housekeeping/hotel experience (management experience preferred)

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Deliver exceptional guest service
• Maintain housekeeping standards and budget compliance
• Inspect operations and manage inventory/orders
• Hire, train, and supervise housekeeping staff
• Conduct department meetings and ensure safety compliance
• Prepare schedules based on occupancy and budget
• Communicate daily with General Manager
• Clean guest rooms as needed and respond promptly to issues
• Ensure guest privacy, security, and lost & found procedures
• Apply hotel safety and security protocols
• Report significant issues to General Manager
• Perform other duties as assigned
