This position is an activity-based pay plan that encourages safety, efficiency and strong work ethic. Drivers in this position over the last six to twelve months have achieved annualized earnings of $85,000. Job Details:

• $0.59-$0.63 per mile
• Stop pay: $38 per stop
• Drop and hook pay: $18 per stop
• Doubles load: $25 per load
• New hire training daily pay: $225 per day
• Safety training pay: $20 per hour
• Holiday pay: $200 per day
• Daily home time
• Onsite management

In addition to the number of activities performed, factors which may affect annualized earnings include, but are not limited to, training completed, paid breaks, endorsements, tenure, equipment type and number of days worked each week. This position may be eligible for safety bonuses and incentives based on profitability or performance, as applicable. J.B.
