About the Role
As a Business Broker Associate, you'll focus on developing relationships with business owners, identifying opportunities, and supporting senior advisors throughout the business sales process.

You'll receive hands-on training while gaining experience in business valuation, marketing businesses for sale, buyer qualification, negotiations, and transaction management.

No prior business brokerage experience is required—we're looking for individuals with strong people skills, professionalism, and a willingness to learn.

What You'll Do

• Prospect and develop relationships with business owners
• Identify potential buyers and referral partners
• Schedule meetings and assist with client consultations
• Support senior brokers throughout active transactions
• Learn how businesses are valued and marketed for sale
• Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up activities
• Build a professional network within the local business community
• Participate in training, coaching, and professional development
