Key Tasks: Design engineering, integration, and testing of data exploitation applications for commercial, military, and intelligence users. Software Engineer responsibilities will include: Designing, developing, documenting, testing, and debugging software. Participating in the full software development lifecycle using the SAFe Agile Methodology. Developing creative, straightforward solutions to technical and user experience challenges. Participating in the team's daily standups, testing, and demos. Developing unit tests and test procedures to assist in maintaining code coverage. Providing inputs towards the architecture solution. TS or TS/SCI security clearance. Required Skills: Experience in Java. Agile Software Development experience. Experience with Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket). Desired Skills: Experience with XML and/or JSON data schema development. Cloud Solution knowledge. Docker and Kubernetes knowledge. Required Education/Certifications: Associate Engineer (CT7): Entry-level to experienced, but still a learner typically with an advanced degree and 0 years experience or bachelor's degree and 0-2+ years experience or equivalent. Engineer 1 (CT8): Career level typically with an advanced degree and 3+ years experience or bachelor's with 5+ years experience or equivalent. Senior Engineer (CT9): Emerging authority typically with an advanced degree and 7+ years experience or bachelor's with 9+ years experience or equivalent; applies extensive expertise. Principal Engineer (CT10): Expert, authority in discipline typically with an advanced degree and 12+ years experience or bachelor's with 14+ years experience or equivalent. Engineer Consultant (CT11): Senior consultant to top management typically with an advanced degree and 18+ years experience or bachelor's with 20+ years experience or equivalent. The proposed salary range for these positions in Colorado is 75,000 – 230,000 (CT7 – CT11). Final salary will be determined based on various factors.
