We are seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our growing home health therapy team . This is a rewarding opportunity to deliver one-on-one patient care in the home setting , helping patients regain independence, improve mobility, and restore daily function after illness, injury, or surgery.

???? What You’ll Do
  • Provide occupational therapy treatments in home health settings under the direction of an Occupational Therapist
  • Support patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as dressing, bathing, grooming, and mobility
  • Assist in improving strength, coordination, balance, and functional independence
  • Deliver care focused on rehabilitation, recovery, and quality of life improvement
  • Follow infection control, safety, and universal precautions
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary care teams
???? What We’re Looking For
  • Active Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license
  • Current CPR certification
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Home health or skilled nursing facility experience preferred
  • Experience with HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB) preferred but not required
???? Physical Requirements
  • Ability to perform hands-on patient care in home environments
  • Must be able to stand, walk, squat, kneel, crawl, and climb as needed
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 100 lbs
