Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Travel | Days | 6:45 AM – 5:15 PM | 13-Week Assignment

Key Responsibilities

• Perform RN circulating duties throughout surgical procedures in an active operating room environment
• Maintain a 1:1 RN-to-surgery patient ratio, ensuring patient safety and quality of care
• Operate and manage surgical equipment throughout all phases of the perioperative process
• Accurately document patient information and care activities using the MEDITECH documentation system
• Collaborate with the surgical team to support 24-hour coverage requirements of the unit

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Minimum of 2 years of Operating Room nursing experience
• Demonstrated circulating skills in a surgical setting
• Familiarity with surgical equipment and perioperative procedures
• Ability to comply with facility dress code (ceil blue scrubs required)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience with the MEDITECH electronic documentation system
• Previous travel nursing experience in an OR or surgical unit setting
