PT - Physical Therapist

Outpatient Physical Therapist

This is a 13-week contract position.

Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Friday, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

We are seeking a qualified Outpatient Physical Therapist (DPT required) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of recent experience in outpatient physical therapy, demonstrating proficiency in evaluations, treatment plans, and therapy interventions.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement appropriate therapy interventions and reassess as needed.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Educate patients and their families on home exercise programs.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• 1 year of recent experience in outpatient physical therapy.
• BLS Certification required.
• Current licensure in North Carolina as a Physical Therapist or eligible for state licensure examination.
• Cerner experience preferred but not required.
