Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Early Intervention

Join DDRC as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) providing early intervention services for children ages 0–3. This role focuses on speech therapy, child development, and family-centered care while supporting our values of Dignity, Dedication, Respect, and Choice .

Schedule: Monday–Thursday

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: $75,000 – $86,250/year
• 4-day work week
• Medical insurance ($30/month, 100% coverage after deductible)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy in home and community settings
• Deliver early intervention services using a primary provider model
• Develop and implement IFSPs (Individualized Family Service Plans)
• Partner with families to support child development and communication skills
• Maintain documentation for compliance and billing

Qualifications

• Master's in Speech-Language Pathology
• CCC-SLP required
• Active Colorado SLP license

• **Clinical Fellowship (CF) candidates are not eligible.
