Technical Recruiter

This role is a Technical Recruiter (Contract-to-Hire) position, focused on strategy, sourcing, and relationship management within IT hiring. It's designed for someone who can manage the full recruiting lifecycle while advising hiring managers and leveraging modern tools like AI agents and ATS platforms. Role Overview Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate profiles. Source passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and networking . Screen resumes, conduct phone/video interviews, and assess fit across skills, culture, motivation, and salary expectations. Negotiate offers and manage counteroffers. Build and maintain talent pipelines for future needs. Provide market insights, compensation benchmarks, and competitive intelligence. Manage the candidate funnel strategy and employer branding initiatives. Handle full-cycle recruiting include job postings and onboarding. Top Skills Technical recruiting experience (1.5-4 years, ideally IT-focused). Candidate sourcing (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, networking). ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, BrassRing or comparable systems). AI recruiting tools (examples of using AI agents for filtering/screening). Candidate assessment (skills, culture, motivation, salary expectations). Pipeline management and funnel strategy. Employer branding and talent community building. Strong communication, relationship management, and advisory skills. Schedule: Hybrid (3 days onsite / 2 remote), fully onsite at the start.
