Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - Outpatient Pediatrics

Job Responsibilities Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and feeding/swallowing disorders in pediatric patients Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each child’s needs Use engaging, play‑based therapy techniques to support communication development Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans based on clinical outcomes Educate and collaborate with parents and caregivers on home strategies and carryover techniques Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions and patient progress Requirements Active state license as a Speech‑Language Pathologist in Arizona Minimum of 6 months of recent pediatric or SLP experience within the last 5 years preferred Experience in an outpatient pediatric setting is a plus Strong interpersonal and communication skills, especially with children and families Supportive and collaborative clinic environment Opportunity to make a meaningful difference in children’s communication and development #J-18808-Ljbffr
