Licensed Practical Nurse - Thorek Hospital

Responsibilities Process patients from assessment to discharge in both medication-assisted and drug-free treatment programs. Dispense all medication under procedures set forth by Family Guidance Center, Substance Use Prevention and Recovery, Clinical Sustainability Assessment Tool, and the Drug Enforcement Administration. Monitor the appropriateness of methadone and other medication dosages. Monitor the physical and mental health well-being of patients and document findings. Be available to travel if needed. Job Details Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m., with rotating Saturdays. Start Date: As soon as possible. Work Locations: Thorek Hospital, Andersonville. Pay Rate: $30.00 per hour. L.P.N. registered in the State of Illinois and certified in CPR required.
