Practice Manager

Practice Manager Location: New York Area Job Type: Full-Time Compensation: $100,000 - $122,000 per year Schedule/Availability: Open availability, including weekends. Minimum 40 hours per week. Responsibilities: Own location performance, including revenue growth, patient retention, and operational excellence. Monitor and analyze KPIs to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Develop and execute strategies that drive patient acquisition, retention, and long-term growth. Utilize reporting and business data to guide decision-making and improve performance. Implement best practices and process improvements that enhance efficiency and results. Partner with marketing, the Regional Manager and Managing Partner to execute strategic initiatives and achieve organizational goals. Team Leadership & Development Lead, coach, and develop all team members within the practice. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Manage onboarding, training, performance management, and employee development. Conduct regular coaching conversations and performance reviews. Develop future leaders and build a strong, engaged team. Serve as the primary liaison between the location team and senior leadership. Patient Experience Champion an exceptional patient experience from inquiry through retention. Manage escalated patient concerns and ensure timely resolution. Monitor patient feedback and identify opportunities to improve satisfaction and loyalty. Partner with providers and front desk teams to create a seamless patient journey. Develop and execute retention and relationship-building strategies that support long-term patient growth. Operations & Practice Management Maintain a visible leadership presence within the practice. Understand and support all aspects of front office operations, including scheduling, patient communication, financing, and retention strategies. Lead daily operations and practice flow when business needs require hands-on leadership. Ensure operational standards, workflows, and service expectations are consistently met. Oversee inventory, facility standards, and operational readiness. Drive process improvements that enhance efficiency and elevate the patient experience. Requirements & Experience : 4+ years of leadership or management experience coming from a background of medical aesthetics, luxury retail, or high-end customer service. Proven experience leading and developing teams. Strong understanding of KPI management, financial literacy (P&L management), business operations, and performance improvement. Strong computer and technical literacy skills. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to analyze data and translate insights into action. Preferred Experience in medical aesthetics, wellness, and cosmetic surgery. Experience with Zenoti, or a similar industry-specific software. Physical Requirements: This position requires frequent walking, sitting, standing, and bending. Frequent talking and listening when giving instructions and explanations. Frequent use of the phone, computer, and other clinic technologies. Employees may be asked to travel and must be able to carry and maneuver their luggage and navigate through various transportation modes (car, airplane, bus, train).
