Position: Custodial Traveling Support Team Member Location: Portage, MI Job Id: 17797 # of Openings: 1 We are looking for a reliable, self‑motivated team player who is 18 years or older with a valid ID. No experience needed. Reliable transportation to and from work each day is required. Individuals with theft, violence or drug related backgrounds will not qualify for employment due to Michigan public school requirements. This position offers paid mileage reimbursement, travel time, and requires valid auto insurance. What does this job look like Traveling Custodial Support Team Members will travel to school district accounts with additional support needs. Each day may involve covering a different building or account. The ideal candidate has flexibility to go to different locations on short notice for urgent unexpected needs. Responsibilities Mopping Dusting Cleaning restrooms Removing trash Other cleaning tasks as assigned Snow removal Coach and train team members Lead with integrity and humility Communicate with customers Complete building Quality Walkdowns Carpet cleaning Stripping and waxing floors Work is performed on day shift Schedule and Locations We have opportunities in Portage, Wayland, Hastings, Vicksubrg, Battle Creek and Kalamazoo. 3:00 pm – 11:30 pm or 7:00 am – 3:30 pm Ideal candidate has flexibility to work 1st or 2nd shift depending on the needs for the day.
