Peoplelink Staffing Solutions, in partnership with a prominent powder coating facility in the Zeeland, MI area, is seeking a load operator/racker to add to their team!

Load Operator Overview:

1st shift: 5:00a-4:30p
$17/hr

Load Operator Duties:

Unload parts onto the coating line according to production schedules
Inspect parts for defects, damage, or inconsistencies before and after processing
Follow all safety procedures while handling materials and operating equipment
Ensure proper labeling, stacking, and organization of finished goods
Assist in monitoring line flow and report any issues or delays to supervisors

Load Operator Requirements:

Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience required
Ability to lift, carry, and move materials safely (up to 50lbs as required)
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Forklift or material handling experience a plus.
